Management Information Systems programs

Management Information Systems is the study of the design, implementation, management and use of information technology applications in organizations.

The Management Information Systems (MIS) Division of the Sauder School of Business at UBC is recognized as one of the world’s leading MIS programs for research productivity. We offer different levels of programs in Business Technology Management (BTM) - a management program that seeks to unify business and technology decision-making at every level in an enterprise.

The programs train students to be capable of implementing information and communication technologies (ICTs) to achieve productivity, innovation, entrepreneurship and competitive advantage.

BCom BTM Co-op option

The Sauder Business Co-op Program gives Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) students the opportunity to integrate classroom learning with 12 months of paid work experience in their chosen field.
