About UBC IT at Sauder

UBC IT provides core IT services to meet the School's teaching, learning, research and administrative needs. We provide dedicated on-site resources alongside UBC-wide shared services, expertise, infrastructure and resources. UBC IT staff in the Service Desk, Audio-visual, Desktop and Web Services teams dedicated to the School deliver:

  • Laptop, desktop, tablet and mobile device support
  • Classroom audio-visual and computer lab support
  • Application licensing and installation support
  • Campus Wide Login (CWL) support
  • Loaning of laptops and projectors
  • Web development and training
  • Back-end systems support
  • Event audio-visual support
  • E-mail (FASmail) support
  • Printing support

UBC IT works collaboratively with Sauder Learning Services, the Sauder Business Technology Management Office (BTMO), Sauder Marketing & Communications, and the broader Sauder community to provide efficient, cost-effective and innovative solutions to meet the School's evolving IT needs.
