The Dhillon Centre at UBC Sauder is now accepting applications for UBC Sauder’s 2021 CFA Societies Canada Ethics Challenge team

A team of 3-5 students will represent UBC. Graduate students in finance, economics, or business program students are eligible.

One winning team from each Local Competition will advance to the CFA Societies Canada Ethics Challenge - National Round held in virtually in early May 2021.

Competition Period: Mid-January to February 2021
National Round: May 2021

Each member of the winning team from the Local Competition will receive a prize of $400 CAD per student and a trophy/award (form being at the discretion of the Host Society), as well as an invitation (as a team) to participate in the National Round of the CFA Societies Canada Ethics Challenge. All participants will receive a certificate of participation in the Local Competition. The winning team of the National Round will receive $800 CAD per student as well as a commemorative award from CFA Societies Canada. All participants will receive a certificate of participation in the National Round.

To apply, please email your resume and a brief letter indicating your interest in participating, as well as any exposure you’ve had to ethics or responsible business concepts in your courses, work background, or school activities to Christie.stephenson@sauder.ubc.ca. Both team and individual applications will be accepted.

Applications close on Friday November 20, 2020
